Haha. I kinda missed this account of mine. The reason I'm using it now is because I want to blog again, but not show it to some certain people. A lot has happened. A LOT. Some experiences were okay, fun, and even great. But recently, things have not been falling into the right place. I want to forget about her. No, scratch that. I want to forget everything that has happened between us, and probably start all over as friends. Sure, we may not be as close as we were before, but it's the best thing that can happen between us, after what happened. It's all so hard to accept, until now, more than a month that has passed since I found out about her secret. My first time courting somebody, and this happens. Hay. Nobody ever suspected anything. I have to say, she was so good at making me believe that something was going on between us. But no. There wasn't really anything. Because there was already someone else. We could have been friends. Best friends, given that we kinda really clicked. All she had to do was say that she already had someone, or even just give a hint. I catch on pretty quick. There were many times, that I had crushes with girls, and after fishing for a little bit, find out that they have a boyfriend. Yet I'm still friends with them, because it was clear from the start. Even after they already had long broken up with their boyfriends then, I keep the same friendship that we have, because the crush that I had felt then has evolved into a special affection for that person as a friend.

hehe. i miss writing in it. why did i stop? well,  i was actually waiting for  to buy our new PC before i post again, but since we haven't bought it yet and me thinks it will be a long time before we do, here i am.

hehe. first things first. ely tagged me (actually caught me looking at her post, so she tagged me) with this.

1. Lagi akong nakasmile, kahit hindi naman ako happy lagi. Kahit sad ako, nakasmile pa din. Iba nga lang yung itsura nung smile. Pansin nyo agad pag malungkot ako.

2. I always have four things in my pockets. Hanky, phone, comb and pen. Minsan may barya din.

3. I love "Friends", yung TV show. As in. Memorize ko mostly lahat ng bagay dun. Haha. Favorite character ko si Joey. "How you doin' ?" ^_^

4. As proven by the fact above, I love to laugh. If you're a funny person, I probably ahng out with you more than anyone else. haha! or maybe you're someone who laughs at my jokes. Either way, I'll end up laughing, and that's great. ^_^

5. I'm so into manga right now. Slam Dunk, Prince of Tennis, and Bleach are some of my favorites. If you could give me DVDs of these shows, that would be great...^_^

6. I find it so hard to write ten facts about myself. haha. ^_^

7. I don't want to be the best in one thing. I would rather be knowledgeable in many things. ^_^

8. I can't do academics without extra curriculars. hehe. i just can't imagine only allocating my time just for studying. eww.

9. Gayahin ko si Marianne. MP Making Formula: 30% MP, 10% eating, 60% friendster, multiply, youtube, etc. haha. Note: 1 week before deadline without MP = petix. 3 days before deadline = chill. 2 days before deadline = working time. ^_^

10. I'm a very friendly guy. Promise. ^_^

whew. that was tough. hehe. anyway, aside from that, here's my 2nd sem sked.

I'm very proud of it, since now I have a decent lunch break, unlike my past semesters. now if only the profs were nice, then this sem would be great.

it's seven thirty in the morning, and thankfully, all my things are ready.(or so I think.) it's only 6 hours till I meet my batchmates in the hotel, and i'm pretty nervous. the previous conflicts have already subsided, but i'm sure they would resurface again once we meet each other. but I don't have time for that anymore, my mind is concentrated on the trip right now. and fortunately, my groupmates haven't been active in the friendster group so we will meet each other for the first time, with plenty left to talk about. ^_^

hay. excited. nervous. excited. nervous. why am I making such a big deal over a 10-day trip? well, first of all, it's japan! it's a country I really have been waiting to see, and I always enjoy meting new people from other countries. ^_^ second, it's free. not all the time do we get chances like this. and lastly, I want to share it with you guys.<i> hindi ako nang-iinggit. </i>I want you to see that if you really have faith in God, and follow Him, He will grant your wishes. it's that simple. keep you dreams, ambitions and goals in life in line with God's will, and everything will be OK. one of my favorite verses in the Bible is Jeremiah 29:11, stating that God has a plan for each and everyone of us, "plans to prosper us and not harm us.". all we need to do is have faith. and surely, you will receive as much or even more blessings than what I have been receiving since I gave my life to Christ. being a Christian is definitely not baduy, because when it comes to perks and benefits, hah! walang tatalo kay God. and lastly, I believe it doesn't have anything to do with religion. it's your relationship with Christ. ^_^

i'll be flying on tuesday, may 18, so please pray for good weather on our flight, and of course no delays. thanks guys! Kid: . . . Pa-burger ka naman dyan! BURGER! BURGER!

hehe. I was just kidding. the obedient kid said "Happy Mother's Day" of course. but at that time I was really hoping the kid would say " Burger! Burger! ". ^_^

I want to tell her that love shouldn't be pressured. that love means intimacy is the fruit of commitment. that God has plans for her, and that she shouldn't rush things.

1. I don't like my hair long. Most of my friends really like to grow their hair, but not me. It's just too hot, and it's hard to arrange. ^_^

2. I prefer to be a jack-of-all-trades. haha. I don't want to be identified to a single thing, it kinda keeps my options limited. I really want to try out everything, from sports, hobbies, and interests. hehe.

3. If there's one thing that makes me mad, it's accusing me of something I didn't do. as in I really go ballistic if anybody does that. Anyway, I always admit real quick if I really did it.

4. I'm addicted to basketball, especially when it comes to the NBA. I'm not that really good, I just enjoy playing. it's my only exercise actually. haha. :P

5. I used to have a dice collection. I think it was around second or third year when i would spend P50 just for a couple of dice. haha, wala lang. I even had the 16-sided dice then. Now, my brothers played with it, so they all got lost. haha.

6. I really don't like boastful and self-centered people. Good thing I already learned to have patience with them. I guess it was because I was taught to always be humble.

7. I keep my money in different places whenever I'm out. In my pocket, in my wallet, in my bag pocket, as long as they're divided.

8. I enjoy doing puzzles. Rubik's Cube, sudoku, mysteries, etc., but mostly I do it only when I have nothing else to do. ^_^

9. Hehe, I can rotate a toothpick using my mouth. haha. if you want to see it, just make sure you give a clean toothpick. haha.

10. I enjoy reading comic books. My all-time favorite would be Pugad Baboy, followed by Archie. Go Garfield, Snoopy, Kiko Machine, manga (Slam Dunk, Detective Conan, Yu-Gi-Oh!), and even the comic strips on the newspaper. ^_^

hehe. I'm already guessing that some people are already tired of me commenting on their posts. Actually, it's because I was able to download Firefox recently, so now I could go to multiply with ease unlike when I was using Explorer.

But still, it doesn't seem right to comment and comment. Once in a while is oaky, but not 5 mins. after you post. haha. peace to that person.

So now I really want to write about something. But that's hard to do since I've just been at home this week, so there's nothing to write about aside from me watching TV, checking out my fantasy NBA, and reading Detective Conan on the net. (loving it! ^_^)

Oh yeah, I went to Youth Camp last March 30 to April 2. ^_^ It was fun. Go purple team! ^_^ haha. I'm gonna miss the mountain of food, the soft bed, and the people. hehe.

And my grades. haha, I'll just say that my GWA is 2.04, 0.2 lower than last semester, but I kinda feel satisfied. And I guess I deserved it since I wasn't really giving attention to my acads and put it all on the org application. ^_^ Promise, next sem, I'll try to go for a grade higher than 2 in Math, as well as maintaining my high grade in CS. hehe.

But what I really want to do is to create poems again. hehe, I kinda miss the feeling when I've thought of a good line, then build on it, and then get the wonderful feeling after you finished it. ^_^ but as always, I'm in need of inspiration. hehe.

I kinda miss this. this was the blog that I vowed to update at least once a week, but now I just manage to keep it alive somehow.

anyway, I just wanted to write something. probably because I need to get into a writing mood tonight (or tomorrow, if I tend to put off my work for the next day).

here's my situation:

I have a take home 5th long exam in Math 53, to be submitted on Monday.
I have a finals test in the same subject on Monday too.
I have a speech on Comm 3 about "How to overcome peer pressure" on the same day.
And I have to submit a hard copy of a PowerPoint presentation about Philosophy. on Monday. (I think. I forgot. I'll ask, and then hope it's on the 26th.)

good thing me and my cousin already finished 8 out of 10 problems on the take home exam. at least something's been covered.

I can't wait to breathe freely after everything on Monday. No, I can't breathe yet then. I still have to pray for an average of 2.25 so I can maintain my scholarship. :(

But I'm not really disappointed. I think i have been in tougher and stickier situations before. but let's hope I manage to get out of this one.

I'm starting the day with a Math class. Haha. ^_^

Then I have an exam on CS 12, and then later I'm going to my Philo class. After that, I'm going to attend two "parties" and around 9:30, I'm going to head to the Universit Hotel to help in our catering.

I wasn't really hoping for a great day. I know those will come soon. I guess I just wanted to write this post to give thought to the past 18 years of my life.

I guess I could say I have been somewhat successful. I got into UP, and even got a scholarship. I have friends, both close and distant. I have a wonderful family, and I get to spend a lot of time with them.

My journey with God is a little rocky, but I know that He's faithful, and our relationship will really grow if I just be a little more faithful myself.

The past is past. I admit, there had been a lot of happenings on my life, especially in the past two years, but I don't want to dwell on that. What I really want to do now is to look ahead. Grabe, It's really excting to think of what could happen in the future. I've got at least three years more of college, which I know will be great, and then I'm gonna be on my own. ^_^

To those who have touched my life, and I know you know who you are, thanks. I hope I touched yours too. ^_^

Last Sunday, It was my team's turn in Kids Church to be in charge of the two morning services, and I was assigned to be one the group leaders for the 10 - 12 boys. Our topic was "forgetting the past".   

I remembered this because just the next day, I didn't really follow what we discussed in the lesson, in spite of me being the teacher that Sunday.

Paul focused on God only. He never hung on what happened before, never became depressed because he wanted his past failures to become successes.

Come to think of it, what I was troubling myself with was no big deal. Really. I even knew it wasn't at that time, but then I still thought about it. Pondered it.

Now I've learned to look ahead. I've finally realized that there are so many things to look forward to! Currently, I have built new friendships and acquaintances, and I plan to cherish them and make them more enjoyable. I want them to grow.

I'm only in my first year of college, and maybe I'm still hanging on to my past. I still keep glancing on the rear view mirror. What I need to do then, is keep my focus on what is before me.

I'm trying my best, and God will be with me along the way. ^_^
